Ready to reclaim their home, despite previous neglect. Although this house was comprehensively refurbished just four years ago by BTL, it conceals hidden flaws: a leaky roof, questionable plumbing, fickle electrics… and don’t even get us started on the finishes and design details! We’re stepping in with a full redesign: excavating a new basement, replacing the dormer windows with ones you can actually see through, and that’s just the beginning. The potential here is enormous.
