Double fronted detached villa rebuilt with replacement period details behind retained Edwardian façade. Villa extended with contemporary living space which enjoys extensive views of new landscaped garden. New services throughout including smart home AV and lighting and security systems. Separate Annexe, re-built as a highly insulated contemporary design/art studio features triple glazing, underfloor heating and an array of 18 solar panels projected to provide all the power needs for both properties.
